RIGOL Launches MHO2000 Series High-Resolution Oscilloscopes
2025-05-08

RIGOL Technologies today introduces the MHO2000 Series of high-resolution  digital oscilloscopes. Offering up to 350 MHz of analog bandwidth and a 12-bit ADC, the MHO2000 Series integrates a protocol analyzer, logic analyzer, and signal generator into a single,  cost-effective instrument. Designed for reliability and affordability, it excels in  mixed-signal  testing for applications in medical electronics, power supplies, utilities, automotive electronics and more. With its full feature set and robust performance, the MHO2000 Series dramatically reduces both the complexity and cost of building multifunctional test platforms.

1. Ultra- High Resolution for Capturing Tiny Signal Details

The MHO2000 Series delivers an industry-leading 12 - bit vertical resolution and up to 4,096 levels of quantization, boosting measurement accuracy far beyond that of traditional 8 bit scopes—up to sixteen times finer. With vertical sensitivity down to 200 µV/div, even the smallest waveform variations are clearly visible, whether you’re measuring power-supply ripple or testing medical -device signals.

2. Rich Trigger and Decoding Capabilities to Serve Diverse Industries

Choose from a wide array of trigger modes—including edge, pulse- width, timeout, video, serial-bus  and zone triggers—to reliably catch any abnormal event. On board decoding supports I²C, SPI, CAN, CAN FD, FlexRay, I²S, MIL-STD -1553B, SENT and more, meeting the bus -analysis needs of embedded -systems , automotive and computing engineers alike.

3. Standard Digital Channels for Stable Mixed- Signal Debugging

Every MHO2000 model comes equipped with digital input channels and pairs seamlessly with the PLA3204 logic-analysis  probe. This combination empowers deep analysis of both analog and digital interactions in complex circuits—ideal for advanced R&D, troubleshooting and performance optimization, and helping you complete projects faster and with higher accuracy.

4. Built-in  Function Generator for Advanced Test Scenarios

An integrated dual- channel signal generator (16 bit resolution, up to 50 MHz) produces sine, square, triangle, pulse and arbitrary waveforms, as well as noise and DC outputs. Perfect for scientific experiments and industrial-control applications, it streamlines your bench setup, reduces equipment costs, and supports self -calibration and mixed -signal  diagnostics.

With a real- time sampling rate of 2 GSa/s and up to 500 Mpts of memory depth—achieving 5× oversampling—the MHO2000 Series avoids waveform distortion and delivers truer-to-life  signal capture. It also bundles the capabilities of a spectrum analyzer, signal generator, protocol analyzer and logic analyzer into one compact package, saving lab space while tackling the most demanding test environments.

The launch of the MHO2000 Series further enriches RIGOL’s lineup of high-resolution oscilloscopes, offering differentiated feature sets to meet a wide range of measurement challenges. This release underscores RIGOL’s “customer -solutions -centric” philosophy. Looking ahead, RIGOL will continue advancing test  and   measurement technology—iterating innovative products and tailored solutions to give global customers ever- more efficient and precise support, helping them achieve breakthroughs and commercial success at the cutting edge of their fields.
